There are instructions included in the package. However, this is not a fully contained plugin. There is no admin page to update the values so you need to edit the files by hand.
First you will need to edit the plugin itself by going into the Editor option under Plugins. If you don't know what you're doing in there get your web guy or gal to help out. There are a couple simple changes, but the one mentioned in the docs about the affiliate link is kind of confusing since it is in the wrong spot in the documentation. Also, this version of the plugin has been altered by someone along the way to point to a different domain than that shown in the instructions.  Personally, I'll change this to point to my own sales/squeeze page for the plugin when (if) I decide to use it.
The next step is to put the show.php file into your domain root directory. You can either edit it before you ftp it or after. Once again, if you're not comfortable editing a PHP or HTML file directly get your tech person to handle it. You'll need to update the Show array by altering the stuff on the lines that start with Show[0] =
In the default file there are 6 entries (word to the wise, you can remove the numbers in the [] since Show[] will automatically add it as the next number). Change the stuff inside the single quotes to what HTML you want to show. The code will randomly pick one of the entries each time. If you want less than 6 entries then remove the ones you don't need. If you want more, just add extra Show[] = '…'; lines.
This show.php file doesn't need to be in your root folder if you don't want it there. You'll need to adjust your plugin file entry to point to the right URL for it. You can also change the name of the file if you like.
